2026-04-21	Ev*****	I wish I had known more about these thieves before I bought their "protection plan" for my phone. It's fine though. If I have to LOSE money and go through a lawyer to get my little $60. refund then I'll do that.

2026-04-13	*****	they still haven't fixed the sizing issue. plus the feedback box after filling your claim should be movable that way when it's slightly halfway off screen you can still submit your feedback about the app or claim process. having a feedback box that pops up on the right side after you finished submitting your claim doesn't make any sense if you can't click to the next option or submit the feedback or even see the full question being asked. make it movable so the user can move it into focus.

I looked up other threads and how people escalated their calls, and found one that mentioning legal action is the only way to get through to them. My resolution from Rose (who would not provide her last name) is that I will receive an Affidavit, and once I sign I will receive reimbursement check between 6-10 business days.Run Very Far this company is horribleWorst experience i ever had still fighting after they tell me to pay for my repairs they still
