2026-07-01	za*****	absolutely Amazing. however it does kinda hurt to see that the money that gets sent to our organization ends up with fees taken out. we run a non-profit animal rescue, and I am also active duty military. so every dollar counts especially for these animals.

I cant get a hold of anyone to get these thieves to stop stealing from my accounts! ive tried to unscribe and they just keep stealing ! VERY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY OVERCHARGES! 2026-06-26	Sk*****	I think the squarespace app is very awesome. it makes building a website so much easier with the templates. I wish they could have a list and a map to able show where someone is from when visiting your website. I'm very impressed with the speed/quality of my website. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a basic how-to on website design. Maybe just work on the page loading lags in between clicking and loading edits/saving edits gets annoying. other than that, it's awesome software.

2026-06-23	Da*****	I can't access tap to pay. It's not even on the app. After the most recent update it does not appear on the app. I had no problem with it 2 weeks ago. I have to uninstall the app then reinstall it for tap to pay to appear. Only I log out and go back in tap to pay isn't there anymore. No good!!!

It says everywhere on the website that they do not offer phone support and instead they offer 24/7 chat. but then when you click the link to the chat it just brings you back to the page saying they don't offer phone support LOL
