2026-08-22	Sh*****	App crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. And then, I get to the Complete Purchase and the button won't click. When an entire city relies on this app, it make it difficult to come downtown. Harrisburg, PA, the Capitol of Pennsylvania.

2026-08-21	Sc*****	why do I need 18 screens and have to go through so many steps to purchase have the same parking every day? Also, this is an app used by transit. why would the default time be 2 hours? the time setting option is perhaps the dumbest use on an app that i ever seen on an app

Sometimes I can get all the way through until the final page, then I cannot complete the parking reservation. I've tried it on 2 different devices and have the same issues. Every once in awhile I get lucky and can complete the parking reservation.

2026-07-20	Er*****	I love how I can use it to pay for parking at a facility I frequently visit. I don't love that it is basically useless for searching for facilities, including the one I actually park in. I don't love that it features a favorites section, yet offers no intuitive way to add my parking location to it. And I really don't love that I have to log in and verify my Google account again every single time I use the app.
