Easy to use and saves $$$

Went to ottawa Tulip festival. Seeing a parking nearby listed in the app, bought it. After reaching the spot (marked by map) we didn't see the address mentioned in the app. We saw a large private parking, with warning to tow any unauthorized parked cars. There was no attendance neither any parking machine. Called them, seeing endless IVR, sent message, got no response. Ended up buying parking elsewhere. They replied to complaint after 9 days. Not going through anymore trouble to refund 6cad.
