2026-05-19	Mo*****	Went to ottawa Tulip festival. Seeing a parking nearby listed in the app, bought it. After reaching the spot (marked by map) we didn't see the address mentioned in the app. We saw a large private parking, with warning to tow any unauthorized parked cars. There was no attendance neither any parking machine. Called them, seeing endless IVR, sent message, got no response. Ended up buying parking elsewhere. They replied to complaint after 9 days. Not going through anymore trouble to refund 6cad.

2026-04-06	Jo*****	This app does not work with all the lots they offer. The barcode would not scan for me and I was forced to pay again. The lots informed me that they known about this issie. This compissue. also Impossible to get a hold of when you have an issue and need a refund. 4 emails and receipts were sent and no response from them. After over a month of getting the cold shoulder, I am deleting this app. I suggest you use another app. They clearly do not care about their customers.
