Plano Ases

The Plano Ases app will bring you even closer to us. With it, you will access information and facilities so that you can better enjoy the benefits of your plan.

It allows you to search for doctors, clinics, hospitals and diagnostic services in the accredited network of your plan, finding them on the map and being able to trace the route to the destination directs you to navigation apps.

You will also be able to consult your open payment slips (for individual plans), request and monitor the status of your refunds and the telephones of the call center.

In addition, you will be able to access the virtual versions of your plan and your dependents' identification cards, which are very useful in situations where you need to use the plan and do not have the original card.
