Los reembolsos siempre son maliciosamente respondidas (dizque por un bot) y se hacen los cojudos con sus obligaciones. Toca poner quejas, acudir a servicio al cliente, a supercias y a defensoría del pueblo para que asunten. Son solo una más entre las corporaciones que viven de apostar a poder evadir sus responsabilidades. Además, cada año te toca pagar hasta 200% más en mensualidades mientras la cobertura permanece congelada. Son miserables y sinvergüenzas. Ah y su app es lerda y desordenada.
