User Reviews

Recurring complaints focus on device and camera compatibility, unreliable uploads, frequent forced logins, and crashes. These issues are especially disruptive for users who rely on the app for work. Only one review praised the app as easy to use for dealerships, so there is not enough repeated positive feedback to identify a common pro.

Pros

Cons

Camera compatibility problems recur across Pixel, Samsung, and Theta devices, including missing lenses and camera setup failures.
Users repeatedly report upload problems, including failed or skipped uploads and confusing upload status.
Recent updates reportedly force users to log in frequently, disrupting work.
Multiple reviews mention crashes or failures to import photos.

I can't connect to the 360 theta camera anymore since the last update. I have a Google pixel 7 pro and I don't see it on your updated list of supported devices. Can you add this phone please?
