Not only did they burn part of it while ironing, but instead of being honest, they cut off 8 inches of fabric to hide their mistake. My lengha is now completely unusable. Such unprofessionalism and deceit are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this app unless you want your valuable clothes to be destroyed.

2025-01-12	va*****	The only cycle they are good at is rescheduling the pickup. Don't trsut their pickup guys, they will reschedule pickup slots as per their convenience. The dry- clean is overly priced and any dry clean house provides the same service that too in much lesser price and time frame. In short, an absolute NO, don't waste your time and money on these app based cheats and scumbags

2025-01-12	me*****	The shittiest service one can ever dream off. I scheduled my pick up, everytime the pickup guy rescheduled it without any intimation. He had the gumption to say, "too much traffic will come later". Eventually the pickup didn't happen for three days. Anyday your local dry clean guy is much better than these cheats and failed service provider who can't even schedule a proper pick up. DONT EVER TRY THEIR SERVICE.

Wrong service (different from what I booked in the app) 2. Delayed delivery (by two days despite charging me extra for 'express delivery ') 3. Wrong billing ( four times the due) 4. Very delayed complaint resolution (refund issued correctly after many attempts of contact) 5. Blackmailing by store manager towards paying of wrong bill amount

2024-11-03	Su*****	A big cheat and inefficient company. They aren't accountable for their services. It's been 3 days delay for the delivery of my items given. Still they are clueless when they will deliver them. Company is a start up so one should be cautious of their accountability. I made a mistake but please be aware of this.

2024-09-13	Ar*****	These guys create an order request after taking the address, pickup time and delivery time. Once the ticket is created, they send a message to the customer saying online pickup is unavailable and we have to visit the store. Such misleading people.
