I purchased one of their subscription plans and just tried out my first pickup/delivery last week. The delivery person was friendly and courteous, and for the great bargain price I was so pleasantly surprised at how neat and fresh my clothes came back to me the next day. If the service remains this consistent throughout future deliveries, I will happily be using this service for a long time!
