Review summary
Pros
- Useful for rooted devices to read/edit SQLite databases and generally works as intended.
- Long-term usefulness; users have kept using it for years and still find it valuable.
- Includes built-in/file-explorer features (internal file explorer and app explorer) for accessing databases.
- Does not generate Android metadata folders, keeping storage cleaner.
Cons
- Requires root; not usable on non-root devices and root access can fail.
- Cannot browse SD cards or open databases from other apps; limited to app directories.
- Poor UI/UX: tiny text, hard to refresh, single object view, and limited editing (no easy create/modify tables).
- Stability issues and bugs: crashes (e.g., removing recent entries) and errors like 'length of null array'.

| 2026-03-04 | I wanted to use this to read and/or edit the SQLite (sqlite3) databases of some apps accessed through the app data directory from App Manager, but this app doesn't offer itself as a destination to open the databases in. Meanwhile, when trying to access the database from the app itself, I noticed that many of my apps are missing, despite having root access with KSU. | ||

| 2025-05-24 | Displays all objects in the database as a single list; a better approach would be to have a selector at the top to show only tables, views, triggers etc. In a view, dark mode is more or less pointless, as the data is shown using a light theme. Additionally, the app always shows "new record" for views, regardless if they have an edit trigger defined or not. I like the UX direction, but it still needs more polish to be a generic, but full-featured, sqlite editor. | ||
