PROflex is an advanced digital platform designed for the complete management of technical and hydraulic interventions in mobile mode. The application integrates all essential processes into a single operational ecosystem: sending requests, allocating technicians, monitoring interventions and completing the work, ensuring an optimized and fully digitalized workflow.

Through the application, customers can quickly generate an intervention request, and the system allows the operator to automatically or manually allocate the available technician with the necessary skills, based on criteria such as proximity, load level and type of work. Thus, the reaction time is significantly reduced and communication becomes standardized and efficient.

Technicians have real-time access to all relevant information about the intervention: description of the failure, customer data, exact location, equipment history and recommended materials. In the field, they can document the work with photos, record the labor, add components used and generate the final report directly from the application.

For operators, PROflex offers a complete control panel, which allows monitoring the activity of the entire network, viewing ongoing interventions, analyzing response times, checking resource availability and managing the operational flow in real time. The platform operates on the basis of a centralized data system, which ensures traceability, accuracy and the possibility of subsequent analysis.
