sexual assault with no response. I used the app and had several good experiences but had a massage therapist sexually assault me and when I reached out to the soothe team about it, I never received any response. this is unacceptable

I was already annoyed that I had to sign up to even see what this platform is like, or how many options are in my area. after signing up, I find that push notifications are required. They say it's so they can send updates on my apts and send advertisements, which really leave me wondering just how problematic appointments are and how much they jerk you around if it's bad enough you HAVE to have push notifications on to keep up with it. sounds exhausting
