2026-01-08	S *****	I was already annoyed that I had to sign up to even see what this platform is like, or how many options are in my area. after signing up, I find that push notifications are required. They say it's so they can send updates on my apts and send advertisements, which really leave me wondering just how problematic appointments are and how much they jerk you around if it's bad enough you HAVE to have push notifications on to keep up with it. sounds exhausting

2025-11-12	di*****	UPDATE Decided to try this app again. bad idea. i scheduled a 2 hour massage before my trip. it was very much needed. my massage therapist came to the appointment then complained about parking. told me they were going to look for street parking, left and never came back. very unprofessional. reached out to support and they said they would "look into it" safe to say I have had no further communication with "Support"

2025-04-20	Ta*****	my 1st time using the app. I booked appointment last night for my mother and I for her birthday. I was charged over $500. However, it is 1.5 hours before requested schedule. there is not a therapist available/assigned. I was advised to cancel or reschedule. I've canceled the appointment. I would like a refund for services not rendered? I have reached out to support. But I have not recieved anything but automated replies. Can Someone please assist me? I am very disappointed I feel scammed.

If you book in advance they'll continually be placing new holds on your card and it's obnoxious- just charge the card.

2025-02-15	Tr*****	App is messed up. Forced me to reset password on Google account oauth. Popup blocked the screen and wouldn't go away. I don't know the current password because the whole point of using your Google account is so you don't have to create a new one.
