2026-07-09	Tr*****	if you have sorted your settings for sennheiser anything, do not ever open these apps again. I decided to check settings for the first time in 2 years, it disconnected my BT mid use, degraded the sound, I had to delete the old version of their app that they clearly "upgraded" (replaced) in order to reset the terrible reviews (last app has 2.7 and new is at 4.7). download it, set you settings, and gtfo out. don't sign up or save anything. set and be done.

2026-07-07	St*****	I love everything about these earbuds. The sound quality is awesome and all the features are really good, way better than the upper end Bose. Unfortunately I had to give them only a 3 star rating though. The reason for that is because the build quality sucks. I bought an extended warranty and I've had to replace them about 6 times now, and it's just because of manufacturing issues.
