SunLedger

SunLedger is the all-in-one workspace for solar installation businesses and their service partners. Track every rooftop project, the payments collected from customers, and the payouts owed to your team — all in a single, clean dashboard.

Built for solar contractors, EPC firms and their field service users, SunLedger turns scattered spreadsheets and payment chase-ups into one clear, real-time view of your business.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Live earnings dashboard
See your total business earned, installed capacity (kW), ongoing and completed projects, and your available wallet balance at a glance.

• Payments
Keep a running record of customer payments against each project, with dates and amounts.

• Payouts & wallet
View your available balance, request standard or instant payouts, and follow each request through approved, processing and paid — including TDS details where applicable.

• Bank & UPI payout accounts
Securely save the UPI ID or bank account where you want to be paid.

• Admin tools (for tenant admins)
Manage service users, approve payout requests, record customer payments and oversee every project across your organisation.
