BrainRot: Stop Phone Addiction

Struggling to put your phone down? BrainRot helps you break the scroll-and-check cycle with a simple, no-nonsense focus system — built for people who want fewer distractions, not another feed to scroll.

FOCUS TIMER
Start a focus session and BrainRot locks your device screen for the duration, so picking your phone back up takes real intention — not just a swipe.

APP BLOCKING
Choose which apps derail you most — social media, games, whatever it is — and BrainRot blocks them automatically during an active session, so willpower isn't the only thing standing between you and a distraction.

SCREEN TIME STATS
See exactly how much time you're spending on your phone and how many focus sessions you've completed. No guessing, no vague summaries — just the numbers, so you can see your progress build up over time.

CUSTOM ALWAYS-ON-DISPLAY
Turn your always-on display into a reminder instead of a temptation. Choose from retro dot-matrix and seven-segment styles paired with focus quotes, so even a glance at your locked screen keeps you on track.

WHY BRAINROT
Most "digital wellbeing" tools just show you a chart and let you keep scrolling. BrainRot is built around one idea: reducing phone addiction takes friction, not just awareness. Lock the phone, block the apps, and let the habit rebuild itself session by session.

PRIVACY FIRST
BrainRot doesn't require an account, doesn't show ads, and doesn't send your data anywhere. Your focus sessions and usage stats stay on your device — always.
