ADM Training

The ADM Training app, from the gym at Francia 365 in Bahía Blanca. If you're a member, you have everything you need right here: book your session, see the workout your instructor has created for you, log in using your membership code, and always know how your membership fee is being calculated.

BOOK YOUR SESSION
Choose the day on the calendar and see each time slot with available spots and the instructor in charge. Booking takes just two taps. If the time slot is full, you can join the waiting list and we'll notify you as soon as someone cancels, so your spot isn't lost. And if you can't make it, you can cancel through the app and free up your spot for someone else.

Open gym hours are free: no reservation is necessary.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD
The QR code you show at reception to register your entry. It refreshes automatically every few minutes, so a screenshot won't work. When you open your membership card, the screen automatically brightens so the reader recognizes it on the first try. You can also save it to Google Wallet and log in without opening the app.

THE ROUTINE YOUR INSTRUCTOR CREATED FOR YOU
The exercises are in order, with sets, reps, and rest periods. You track your progress, have a rest timer handy, and note the weight you lifted for each exercise. At the next session, you can see your starting weight and how much you've gained.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT
See if you're up to date, when your next payment is due, and a detailed breakdown of all your account activity. If you need to pay, you can do so through the app using MercadoPago.

YOUR PROGRESS
The number of consecutive weeks you've trained, the number of days you've been to the gym this month, and your weight change over time.

WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE GYM
Announcements posted by the gym administrators: holidays, new classes, and promotions. The updates are saved even if you close the notification. And you can also find @admtraining_ on Instagram.

HOW TO JOIN
With your ID. You'll receive a code via WhatsApp and you're in. There's no need to create an account or remember another password. You must be an ADM Training member.

STRENGTH TRAINING, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, AND HYBRID TRAINING
A fully equipped gym with an instructor for each session, high-intensity group classes, and combined strength and endurance plans. Check the plans and schedules in the app or at admtraining.com.ar.
