2021-12-22	Wa*****	Just went from 5 star to 1 star. Since the update in October I am unable to make deposits and when calling customer service I'm not getting an answer. I also tried live chat didn't get an answer there either. I can tell these changes were made to save a couple of pennies while losing valuable customers.

2021-06-13	Ju*****	App is really slow. Sometimes have to reload or re-enter my info several time before i can see my account. App sucks. Always end up go8ng to atm or bank teller to get available balance or transffer funds.

2021-05-29	Sa*****	Convenient and very useful, use it all the time, just need the bill pay app to complete this great app:) Update...last update made the app horrible, takes forever to load, please fix!!! Update... New update sooo bad that I am probably switching To GECU which I am finding to be the best credit union in El Paso!!!new update 5/29. Still bad app doesn't load, and they wonder why they keep losing out to GECU!

2021-03-18	Am*****	I have this bank for 10 years and so there bank mobile. 🏦 I never had an issue with their bank mobile app when I travel international since is easy for me as well to have access for transfers and viewing my account.. Im in South Korea and the app is not working when it used to... is just loading for long when I log in.. please help? Thank you!

I can type in my account number but when I try to put in my password, I get an alert that I have an app running that can intercept my touchscreen activity. I use Samsung Pass so I am pretty sure that there is a conflict between Samsung Pass and this app. Of course Evolve has no answers for me as to why it is not working. Turns out the app is not as convenient as advertised.
