Recent reviews

Just went from 5 star to 1 star. Since the update in October I am unable to make deposits and when calling customer service I'm not getting an answer. I also tried live chat didn't get an answer there either. I can tell these changes were made to save a couple of pennies while losing valuable customers.

App is really slow. Sometimes have to reload or re-enter my info several time before i can see my account. App sucks. Always end up go8ng to atm or bank teller to get available balance or transffer funds.
