Biometric sign-in option is appreciated by users.
Basic account monitoring and mobile deposit features are functional when they work.

New app version has been reported as difficult to navigate and buggy.
Mobile deposit feature frequently fails or malfunctions.

Just horrible. What are they thinking? It is almost 2025 and they can't figure out how to develop a banking app? I am closing my account and moving to a more reliable credit Union.

I refuse to use the new version and would rather not access mobile at all then attempt to use the new version where not even a single 5 star review can be found (there are literally only 5 out of 100+). It clearly doesn't work properly and the reviews reflect that. If california coast ignores that, don't expect people to keep using your bank if we can't even use the app. Most things are digital now, it is unacceptable to have a bank app that doesn't work properly. Don't fix what isnt broken.

You disabled this app for the new one. Cant even see my sign-in name. Bring back this app, because from all the reviews Ive seen, the new one is trash. Bring this one back before you start losing customers.
