Good customer service and responsiveness to issues.

Frequent technical issues, including network errors and app crashes.
The app requires constant re-login and has issues remembering user settings.

Recent reviews

I hate the fact that the app constantly asks me to check my email for a code to enter despite using the same device every time, and then asks again when I enter a new e transfer recipient and then again when I send a transfer. I've signed in and entered the damn code once , why do I need to do it three times.

Editing to add that I'm having the SAME PROBLEM 2 years later. "You don't have the latest update please update to open" So I updated- didn't open. Re-Installed, 5 times. STILL WONT OPEN- with the SAME message. How can I not have the most recent update if I re-download the app.
