Users previously found MV Mobile app fast, easy to navigate, and reliable. However, recent app and Android updates have introduced multiple issues: persistent internal errors, login problems, biometric failures, and function timeouts. Many users report being locked out or unable to complete transactions, severely impacting their experience. While some praise the bank's service and app when functioning, the newest versions have caused frustration and loss of trust among users.

Avantages

Previously worked well with easy navigation and fast performance.
Allowed account access and transactions smoothly before recent updates.
Good customer service and strong community commitment noted by some users.
Enabled convenient banking features such as deposits and messages before issues arose.

Inconvénients

Recent updates cause frequent "Internal Error" messages, locking users out.
App compatibility issues with latest Android versions, especially Android 15.
Problems with login, including inability to use account number as username and frequent lockouts.
Biometric login (fingerprint) does not function properly, forcing password entry every time.
Messaging function times out quickly, making communication with the bank difficult.

2024-05-18	El*****	App tells me it's detected an application running on my phone that is capable of intercepting touchscreen activity and won't let me sign in. I have NO idea what app it's talking about. I closed ALL open apps and its still giving me the message
