2024-11-19	Ro*****	The app has tons of loading issues and is jank af. I used soflete for many years, even back to when they were still on train heroic because the training has been phenomenal. The app has never been user-friendly nor reliable. The training programs on it are great and diverse enough to the level you want to be at. This would be 5 starts if the thing worked correctly and consistent.

2024-11-18	Be*****	The programming has been excellent and I have zero complaints there... This app recently refused to recognize my login despite no issues with the desktop site login. The app needs work to support great programming.

2024-08-09	K *****	I've been a user of soflete for 3-4 years now and similar with other reviews, the programs are pretty incredible, the app is becoming worse. Recently getting kicked out of the app in the middle of workouts, can't log back in, account can't be found i.g. Please make this app more stable.

2024-02-10	Mo*****	Review is only for the app. The programming is absolutely fantastic but the app is incredibly glitchy. Any time I make a selection on something, I have to completely close and restart the app. When choosing meals, the swap button disappears and I have to restart every time I want to look at a new meal option.

2024-01-22	Da*****	This app was recommended to me by a Regional professional cross-fit trainer who's been doing professional fitness training for a long time. Double that with the fact that he's a marine and easily one of the most intelligent people I've ever met. Thanks again Fallon. The 30+ minutes I spend with you gives me more information than hours of my own research. The app does crash and has issues but the content is stellar. Just follow the guides honestly.

2023-05-22	Br*****	Good programming. Bad app. Exercise history function never works, requiring you to exit your workout and manually review data from a previous workout. A paper journal would be just as easy. If you use other apps during the workout, e.g. music or interval timer, it can cause the workout to close, usually deleting data from the current set. Video demo's are good, but it still tries to load the old videos first for some reason. For $35/mo I should get less cute skits and more app functionality.

It's not convenient to use, many of the video links to the exercises don't work, and the exercises can require some complex nuance which wouldn't be an issue if every time I opened the app to look at the workout I wasn't being asked all the questions it always asks in order to determine which workout I should be using. The app does appear to save your workout data, which is fine, but frankly I would recommend a different app.

2022-04-07	Mi*****	Workouts are great, app is blah. Constantly refreshing or booting me out of my daily workout. Wish it would carry #s over. Would make it much easier when they prescribe percentages of past lifts to have the program show your previous logged #. Not a deal breaker, the awesome workouts are worth it but the app could be smoother.

2022-03-01	ni*****	The app leader boards no longer work ie they don't organize by ranking when chosen. Also all of.my historical data of Max's and previous workouts ie last te I executed power cleans is no longer available or is all zeroed out. Love the programing, hate the app with a fiery passion. Edit: knocked down to 1 star as there still is no fix within a reasonable time..so furstrating. Tha programing is great the app is hot garbage.

I have been using this app for probably 3 weeks now, having a myriad of issues. App freezes, crashes, doesn't let you advance to the next section of your workout, videos won't play, app deletes all your numbers and times. But TODAY!!! The app crashed 17 times in a 1 hour workout! 17! This app is unusable. Soflete needs to fix this immediately.
