The Social Care Manager

The Social Care Manager is a bilingual app which describes what is expected of social care managers and is a practical tool, aiding them in their practice.

It builds on the Code of Professional Practice for Social Care and may be used by Social Care Wales to illustrate a breach of the Code.

Mae Y Rheolwr Gofal Cymdeithasol yn ap dwyieithog sy’n disgrifio’r hyn a ddisgwylir gan reolwyr gofal cymdeithasol ac mae’n adnodd ymarferol i helpu rheolwyr gyda’u hymarfer.

Mae’n adeiladu ar y Côd Ymarfer Proffesiynol Gofal Cymdeithasol a gall Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru ei ddefnyddio i ddangos bod rheolwyr wedi torri’r Côd.
