Its Rubbish, you cant use it without phone number, which many deaf and hard of hearing people dont use. It should be usable with Android tablet on wifi.

Came on here to save the annoying phone queue at 8 am for my local GP practice. To no surprise whatsoever the app can't even book an appointment for me and advises me to call up. What the hell was the point in installing all of this anyway. Terrible app and useless just like the NHS itself. Country is a joke.
