2026-08-09	Me*****	unauthorized charges of $60 for for completely unused services. it was so hard to cancel. the idea was great but they charged me every month since February. I still don't even know what the $60 even included.

2026-08-04	Oc*****	I did my trail and loved it so I decided to continue my membership. They billed me on the 30th and was billed again on the 1st. Was told this is the billing thing and not much else can be done expect refund and cancel kinda thing. enjoyed using it for my puppy but if these issues happen on the first time member I can only imagine what else is gonna happen later down the road.

2026-08-02	Me*****	this app used to be free to download and browse and now you cant even browse without paying something. if you want to browse and cant find a perfect spot for your dog youre now out that money. greedy.

2026-08-02	Ma*****	This app is a cool idea but if you live in the south it seems to get the information wrong. I let it have my location the closest town is 30 minutes away but on the app it was trying to show me farther locations and told me the closest town was 17 miles away. I did check if it had the right address, it did. so this made it harder for me.
