why membership? why credits? put it back the way it was. I don't do this often enough for a membership and I would like to just pay for what I want not buy virtual currency.

unauthorized charges of $60 for for completely unused services. it was so hard to cancel. the idea was great but they charged me every month since February. I still don't even know what the $60 even included.
