uninstalling.. I can't even get past the profile screen

App doesn't even work. Kept getting an upload error and saying network request failed. Then no other options to leave that screen or do anything else. After seeing other reviews, this looks like it's been an issue since at least June/July! And they haven't bothered to even fix it? Yet they continue to have ads up for it... seems like just a scam to get your info then. I would NOT recommend downloading this app. 😕

Cannot login. Doesn't send code to phone. No way to indicate a forgotten password. I've never seen a login process this broken before.

it took me nearly an hour of waiting just to even log in. I kept restarting the app and even my phone but it never worked, I couldn't even get pass uploading my profile picture

app won't even let me get past the sign up part it's either the username i chose is already taken or invalid. why does it have to be required for a user name not just use the name that's already there such a dumb requirement.

I have been using this app semi-regularly since 2019, I have thoughts on the update. The good: Finally there is a usable map! Great visual for a distance-based service. The bad: Everything being in lower case is really difficult to read. My eyes keep stumbling on every part of this UI, instant headache. It's also extremely difficult to tell which items are or aren't selected when modifying an item. tl;dr a perfectly serviceable app until this update

What is this redesign? It's so slow, and everything is all lowercase. Unreadable and unusable. Please fix.

Recent update made the app very slow. Nearly unusable.

Restaurants don't increase their price on snackpass, unlike those other platforms with a much higher menu price, and charges a fee. It's the app I want to use to skip the lane and order ahead.

It works fine when placing an order. But when I try to claim my freebie, it freezes up and doesn't let me go back to the cart to actually use it. I ended up paying for the whole cart 🛒 and had to re-order again to claim my freebie. Upon re-ordering, it freezes again. The app makes it difficult for you so you can't even use it or just pushes you to use to at a later time.
