I am unable to get OTP. This problem happened earlier as well I yad to contact customer care but not the number of customer care is not working. Despite having balance in wallet the service is in accessible. The good initiative has gone downhill. The use is for emergency and service not available because of faulty system. Does this not create customer harassment and consumer care issues.

I am not getting OTP even after trying for two days. I have tried uninstalling and again installing as well. What's point of ev charger without working app? Please fix this issue.
