ElectreeFi: EV Charging App

My society used to have an EV station by Bijlify, and I was very happy with its ease of use. However, I've had a very bad experience with the ElectreeFi EV station for the past 10 days. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it shows the error message: 'Please select duration-based charging since the next free slot duration is less than maximum permissible booking duration for amount-based charging.' Every time I am have a very bad experience. The app and its interface is not at all user friendly. Asking to book the charging then takes the our money & when we starts the charging the machine won't work or the charging stops abruptly. And when we give another try we will be shocked to see our wallet balance zero !! Again we have to top up & the same thing repeats!!! You are the worst ev charging service provider in the entire nation. If you delete my review i will start a campaign against you
