Employees benefit from the ability to exchange, pick up, or give up shifts directly within the app, with managers able to approve changes instantly. This seamless scheduling system automatically updates once approvals are made, ensuring smooth and efficient labor management. Please note, SMART Shift requires Android 4.0 or later and is not a standalone app; it works only with a current TheRestaurantExpert.com membership and the SMART Systems Pro setup in your restaurant.
