App frequently crashes, especially when taking or uploading photos.
Inability to use photos from the camera roll, requiring multiple trips to take pictures in the store.
Increased time to report work due to slow performance and mandatory photo uploads.
Update made the app less efficient and more cumbersome to use.
Poor functionality in areas with weak internet connections.

Updated into inefficiency. See other recent reviews. And RetailGIS you are in error. This version does require an internet connection to take pics in the app. I don't care if it's not supposed to, it does. We're the ones walking from the backroom to the front door to get outside and pick up enough of a signal so we can run back to the receiving room to take the 4th picture of it in the last half hour. So don't tell us it doesn't, just fix the bug!

You need to fix the app. When I take pictures in the store the system boots me back to the log in page. It sometimes takes 6 or 7 tries to get the picture to upload. Bring back the option to take the picture and then allow us to upload from our photos. DG internet is terrible. If zi can take the picture I can upload it when I get home where the internet is stronger It should not take me 30 minutes after a project to report it. Also why a photo of the backroom for every project.
