2024-04-13	Ma*****	My phone provider (TextNow) does not accept SMS verification code and since I change my phone I am not able to login to the Roost App anymore. It tries to verify my account by sending a SMS to a phone number that do not accept SMS and there is no other verification method (email) available. This is very frustrating.

2024-01-16	Ja*****	Got two water leak detectors from my insurance company. One works fine and the other was almost impossible to set up initially. It malfunctioned the first time it detected water and kept beeping and wouldn't reset. I had to pull the batteries. When I tried to put the batteries back in it I had to give up trying to connect it back to wifi. The set up process is just garbage. The "contact support“ button on the settings page goes to a website that doesn't connect to support, it just says "oops."
