Staffio

Staffio is a mobile HR app that helps employees manage their workday from a single place.

ATTENDANCE
Clock in and out using face liveness detection — a quick blink confirms your identity and prevents proxy check-ins. Your location is verified automatically at the moment of clocking in.

GPS TRACKING
During working hours, your location is shared with your manager in real time. Tracking runs as a foreground service with a visible notification — you always know when it is active.

TASKS
Receive tasks assigned by your manager, view instructions including voice notes and file attachments, submit photo or audio proof of completion, and track approval status in real time.

PAYROLL
View your salary breakdown, see deductions, and request a salary advance directly from the app. Advance requests go to your manager for approval.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get instant push notifications for new task assignments, task approvals or rejections, and advance request decisions.
