StaffPro Employee

StaffPro Employee is the app for employees of companies that work with StaffPro. View your schedule, clock in and out, and handle your tasks — clearly organized on your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE APP

• Schedule — See at a glance when you work: your shifts per day and week with start and end times and your location. You will automatically receive a notification as soon as your manager publishes or changes the schedule.

• Clock in — Clock in and out with a single tap and register your breaks. Do you work for multiple companies? Then you can easily choose which company to use when clocking in.

• Tasks — View your assigned tasks and check them off. If a task requires a photo or video as proof, you can add it directly from the app.

• Notifications — Never miss a schedule change or reminder thanks to push notifications.

• Signature — Does your employer work with the control document (deviation register)? Then you sign once; this will then be automatically applied when clocking in. • Profile — Manage your details and profile picture.

FOR WHOM?

StaffPro Employee is intended for employees. You need an account provided by your employer; you log in
with your email address and password. Without an invitation from an employer who uses StaffPro, you cannot
use the app.

PRIVACY

We handle your data with care. Location is only used if your employer activates it (to confirm your
