2026-06-14	Ar*****	disappointed with SLT-Mobitel’s customer support. I had a technical issue and called the hotline on Thursday, and they created a case. But on Friday, they closed the case without fixing the issue or even calling me. I called again on Friday and reopened the case, but they closed it again without solving anything. On Saturday, I called again and explained everything, and the agent said he would inform a supervisor and arrange support. But again, the case was closed without fixing the issue.
