I downloaded the app and created my profile, but after uploading my credentials using my NIC, I was asked to visit the “Station” to complete the verification process. This is absolutely absurd. A simple verification process that could easily be completed through the app has been unnecessarily complicated by the relevant authority. Moreover, I’m unable to select a specific travel date from the calendar dropdown, and the train departure times are not mentioned at all. Need the fix soon.

Worked fine until the new UI update. Now an error occurs at the payment called "network error connection refused". this appears after redirected to the otp entering screen but doesn't even load the screen, closes after a few buffering times. OTP receives however. Website works same when logged in but can purchase tickets without signing. (I'm using a NDB Mastercard)
