RESTDAWN – Sleep Coaching

RESTDAWN is a sleep report app designed to help users
understand their sleep patterns through clear, data-based insights.

Irregular schedules caused by studying, part-time work,
internships, or exam periods often make it difficult
to know when you actually fall asleep or wake up.

RESTDAWN uses Health Connect to access
your actual sleep start time, end time,
and total sleep duration (SleepSession)
to generate daily and weekly sleep reports.

SleepSession data is essential to RESTDAWN’s core functionality.
Without access to this data, the app cannot determine
when or how long a user slept,
making accurate sleep reports impossible.

Based on these sleep reports,
RESTDAWN’s AI sleep coach helps explain
your sleep patterns in a clear and understandable way.

The app also provides ASMR sounds and alarm features
to support a more comfortable sleep routine.

RESTDAWN does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Its purpose is to help users recognize and understand
their sleep patterns through their own data.
