His app is brilliant and so simple to use, along with having extra features I haven't seen on other apps like it. Harrison is amazing to work with, so understanding and gives great advice. Offers a great choice of plans to suit anyones needs or schedule, and his regular check ins, recorded workouts and shopping lists makes working out and eating right so easy. Would highly recommend working with Harrison to anyone
