Users report serious stability issues with the Sky+ app including frequent crashes and freezing on multiple Android versions and devices. The app lacks important features such as stream quality selection which causes playback problems with Chromecast devices. Customer support is ineffective and confusing service options frustrate users. Recent updates have removed channels and worsened app performance. Although casting was added and sports content is licensed well, compatibility problems and poor reliability greatly diminish the app's usability and satisfaction.

Tiene un problema muy grande en relación a dispositivos Chromecast de 3ra generación. Dichos dispositivos no soportan streams de 1080 para arriba, por lo que al transmitir con esa calidad se traba a cada rato. Lo malo, es que la aplicación no da la opción de elegir la calidad de los streams, por lo que tengo que soportar que a cada rato se trabe la aplicación en Chromecast. Tienen que darnos la opción de elegir la calidad del stream en la app. Además de este problema esto ayuda a ahorrar datos.
