Apartment Ledger is a simple fee and expense tracking application for small apartment and building managers.

You can add apartments, set the fee amount for each apartment, and mark payments as paid or unpaid. You can record building expenses such as cleaning, electricity, maintenance, elevator, etc., and see the end-of-month cash balance.

Thanks to the monthly tracking structure, you can clearly see the cash carried over from previous months, current collections, expenses, and payment statuses. With the reporting screen, you can save a JPG report showing the payment status of all apartments to your gallery.
