You need to optimise the application performance being single debt client It becomes hard to update the phone numbers or raise tickets urgently when we expect it to load as per standardised rules. Worst services, worst managers who just push you to make 2 emi payments to them and then they will start any kind of negotiations. They will ask you to not take creditor's calls and detach all nach payments which by the way is a legal agreement. They just want to put money in thwir pockets and ever so slighltly help the clients.
