Program keeps crashing on startup. Uninstall and reinstall works a few times then it resumes crashing on startup

I'd love to rate it higher, but the app hasn't paid my bill in two months and the app keeps crashing on startup. It allows you to see balances for all the debts you register with them, but only allows you to pay down certain ones. Not all credit cards are accepted as payment. Not personal loans. If they fix their issues, I'd be more than happy to adjust my rating but until then, I must rate them poorly.
