Poor app, wasting time

Very poor app. Redemption for voucher in the mall required to use the apps. But I can't even sign up for the account. Definitely not because of my internet problem. And the apps is not available in huawei apps gallery. If the apps is not widely available, i would suggest the management not to restrict the redemption via apps. It is very unfair to the customer. If you want to give that offer, you should do it sincerely and ehole heartedly, or don't offer it at all.
