Recent reviews

I've been using liven for quite a while and initially it used to be good whereby paying with liven would place the rewards into 1 account that you could spend at any participating liven restaurant. This abruptly changed and it seems that rewards are locked to each specific restaurant and therefore multiple reward accounts and balances are set up for what ever restaurant you use liven at instead of pooling all your rewards to be spent anywhere. It's really a shame

I used to use Liven all the time when suddenly I got charged a cash advance on the latest Liven transaction. This has never happened before and when I contacted my bank, they told me it was Liven who initiated the cash advance. Live took 6 weeks to tell me to sort it out myself with the bank. Horrible.
