Simple Baby Growth Tracker

Simple Baby Growth Tracker helps parents follow two sides of their baby's first two years: physical growth against the World Health Organization (WHO) Child Growth Standards, and developmental milestones from the CDC's Learn the Signs. Act Early. program. When a check-up comes around, it turns both into a printable PDF report you can bring along.

Set up your baby's profile once, then record weight, height/length, and head circumference whenever you have new measurements. The app plots each measurement on the official WHO percentile curves (3rd, 50th and 97th) so you can see your baby's growth trend at a glance. Alongside that, tick off developmental milestones as you notice them and keep a record of when each one first happened.

GROWTH TRACKING
• Create a baby profile with name, date of birth and sex

Milestones are shown for developmental monitoring. They are not a screening test: nothing is scored, ranked or compared to other babies, and "not yet observed" simply means you haven't recorded it yet.

WHO curves are shown separately for boys and girls, because growth standards differ by sex.

Developmental milestones are based on resources from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Learn the Signs. Act Early. The CDC describes them as things most children (75% or more) can do by a certain age.
