can someone help me to locate with which email I signed up. I have been using this app since my first son born 9/27/2019 but recently after changing my phone forgot my account details. please help me to find my account, all growth of my son records are in that app.

After 4 and a half years of use suddenly the app asks for login, or to sign up. The ridiculous thing is that i can't even sign up so the app is useless to me, and the data for my 4 year old and 7 months old kids are gone for good(i hope not)...
