Westerville Utility Unofficial

Westerville Utility Unofficial is a simple, independent app for Westerville, Ohio utility customers to check their electric, water, and other meter usage and billing information — right from their phone.

This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by the City of Westerville. It connects to the same public Westerville Utilities customer portal (billpay.westerville.org) you already use to pay your bill, using the login you already have.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE
• Account details: name, service address, and account numbers
• All of your meters, including separate submeters (like an EV charger) where applicable
• Recent and past bills
• Usage history as simple bar charts and tables — hourly, daily, or monthly, depending on what your meter reports

HOW IT WORKS
Log in with your existing Westerville Utilities username and password, then tap refresh to sync your data. There's no automatic background syncing — you're always the one who decides when to pull fresh data.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
This app has no backend server. Your credentials and account data are never sent anywhere except directly to billpay.westerville.org, the utility's own site — never to the developer, and never to any analytics or advertising service, because there isn't one. Your username and password are encrypted on-device using Android's own Keystore before they're ever stored.

No ads. No analytics. No accounts to create. Nothing to sign up for beyond the Westerville account you already have.

This app was built independently by reverse-engineering the same public customer portal Westerville already exposes to its own customers, for anyone who'd rather check their usage from an app than a desktop browser.
