Poorly designed This app barely works or does anything. Setup was terrible as I had to reset my WiFi AP as setup allowed my to choose a WiFi but then would not connect to it, though the signal was strong. Once setup there are few features. The charging cost calculator uses the wrong font making it impossible to read. There does not seem any other function is available and its linkage to the Ford Pass app poor at best

Needs location data but not Bluetooth, so it can't be precise... Which makes that pointless. Needs to be connected to the phone as though it were a Wi-Fi router, then the phone connects to your actual router... Or doesn't, as my wife and I both experienced on our respective devices. Clearly needs a firmware update but doesn't get them at the dealership or on installation. Customer "service" put my wife (who has an IT degree) through an hour of troubleshooting she'd already done, then gave up.
